We are excited to partner with Village Volunteers for this special Earth Day necklace! Village Volunteers runs a Moringa Tree Project which takes a sustainable approach to combating poverty, malnutrition, and environmental degradation by supporting locals in planting moringa trees. Often termed "the miracle tree" in Africa, in addition to being very high in protein, moringa also contains all essential amino acids required for healthy brain development, and high amounts of calcium, iron, potassium, and vitamins A and C.

In donating $10 to Village Volunteers for each necklace sold, our goal for this collaboration is to help Village Volunteers help local communities in Kenya to plant 1,000 moringa trees for Earth Day. 10 moringa trees will be planted for every necklace sold! These trees provide a sustainable solution for malnutrition. By providing adequate nutrition for children, pregnant women and lactating mothers, children will realize their full intellectual and physical potential. Women's groups use the trees to provide for their families and ensure a better future for their children.
